Ordering

Orders can be placed through the website by adding items to the shopping cart. The checkout process requires address information and provides purchase total and shipping details. Ordering online DOES NOT require credit card payment. Payment details are confirmed after the order has been received by LETS and the customer has received their order confirmation email. Payment options include money orders, cash, visa or mastercard. At this time, the customer will need to provide payment information.

Shipping:
Shipping prices will also be dependent on your location. All fees are based on the pricing of CANPAR. Fees will be outlined and included in the final purchase price that will be sent out in the order confirmation email.

GST/PST Exempt:
If you are GST or PST exempt, please provide exempt numbers within the comments section of your order page so that we can ensure you are being credited properly and can provide you with an accurate purchase total within the confirmation email.

Directions when placing an order outside of website orders:
When placing an order, through either email or phone, please have the product name, size and quantity of the product(s) you wish to purchase available, along with your name and shipping address. Once the order is placed, LETS will confirm the order with you through your choice of communication and provide you with the totaled amount including taxes and shipping.

Orders should be sent within 48 hours, however that is dependent on the availability of the product in-store. If the product is not in stock, you will be given a time line within the confirmation giving you a more approximate delivery date.
